Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sign Vinyl Department/Graphic Designer to join our small team! In this role, you will be a driving force behind the visual identity of our sign manufacturing projects, specializing in vinyl signage and graphic design. Your expertise will help transform concepts into eye-catching, durable signs that communicate effectively and elevate brands. We do a wide variety of signage jobs including but not limited to gas station rebranding, business signs, awnings, and banners. Duties

Develop compelling designs for vinyl signage, banners, decals, and other visual branding materials using industry-standard software such as CorelDraw & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, branding guidelines, and desired visual outcomes.
Prepare detailed production files for sign manufacturing, ensuring accurate color management, layout design, and file specifications compatible with sign printing equipment.
Create digital art, illustrations, logos, and visual content that enhance signage impact and brand recognition.
Assist in photo manipulation and photo editing tasks to enhance visual assets for signage or marketing campaigns.
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the design process while adhering to project timelines and production schedules.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with experience in signage or digital art projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), CorelDraw and other relevant design tools.
Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes including vinyl installation and banner production.
Ability to translate client concepts into compelling visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
