Signage Graphic Designer Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Signage Graphic Designer with hands-on industry experience to join our team. Responsibilities: • Create production-ready artwork for a wide range of signage (interior, exterior, vinyl, wraps, large format, etc.) Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience in the sign industry • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with FlexiSIGN or similar software • Strong understanding of large-format printing, lamination, color management, and file setup • Knowledge of signage substrates, construction methods, and fabrication considerations • Vinyl application experience (basic to intermediate) • Ability to handle fast-paced workflows and meet deadlines What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay ($18–$24/hr depending on experience) • Paid time off • Stable, full-time weekday schedule (no nights or weekends) • Opportunity to grow within a busy, fast-paced sign shop
