Signage Graphic Designer

A well known and well regarded Architectural Sign Company in the Boise, ID market is looking to add a local Graphic Designer to their team! Architectural Graphic Designer Responsibilities: • Design electrical and luminated signs and numerous other types of signs & graphics, with a focus on color management and brand guideline accuracy • Create mockups and scale drawings for clients, government permits, fabricators, etc • Take and edit photos of finished products for use in marketing materials • Work on multiple projects simultaneously • Consult with clients to understand and deliver on their vision • Accurately track electronic and paper records related to design jobs • Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, support departments, suppliers, etc • Learn new technologies and skills for continuous self-improvement • Check customer files for quality and clean up • Prepare artwork for production and sending to vendors The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of previous experience in graphic design with a sign or graphics company. • We are looking for a positive individual with a growth mindset • Ability to design electrical and luminated signs • Design creativity • Strong communication and organization skills • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw, Word, Excel, Outlook software proficient • Ability to accurately uphold our client’s brand guidelines, including color management • Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work • Able to sit and view a computer screen for long periods • Demonstrated ability to learn the technical aspects of the sign business Only those qualified applicants with a provided resume will be contacted.
