QUALIFICATIONS:

* Resourceful & organized
* Strong knowledge of print production or sign designs
* Strong communication skills with coworkers and customers
* Good work ethic
* Detail oriented and works efficiently
* Expertise in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop required
* Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
* Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
* Strong understanding of digital printing process

RESPONSIBILITIES include (We are willing to train you!):

* Provide design, layouts and detailed proofs for customer approval
* Provide scaled images and artwork for quoting, proofing and permitting proofs
* Create Print/cut ready art files for production
* Interact with clients in design meetings
* Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction
* Ensure that projects are completed to Sequoia Signs & Graphics, Inc. standards and on-time.
* Develop, implement & follow systems for procedures throughout the business.

Compensation: $26.00 per hour
