The Role This is a great opportunity for a designer early in their career whos looking to grow their skills, build a standout portfolio, and get hands-on experience with a wide range of design projects. Youll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to design assets for web, social media, events, and sales campaigns. What Youll Do • Create graphics for social posts, event materials, web pages, and other marketing assets • Support brand campaigns and product launches with clean, modern visuals • Help maintain and evolve our brand style across channels • Collaborate with marketers, product managers, and sales to deliver creative that aligns with goals • Learn quickly and contribute to creative brainstorms and content ideas What Were Looking For • 12 years of design experience (freelance, internships, or school projects welcome) • A portfolio that shows strong layout, typography, and creative thinking • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma • Basic understanding of branding and visual systems • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow with a team • Bonus: motion graphics, Canva, After Effects, or Lottie experience • Must be able to work full-time from our office in Provo, UT Why Join Signals • Salary range: $45,000$55,000, depending on experience • Health benefits + PTO • Room to growwork directly with experienced marketing and product leaders • Fast-paced startup environment with a supportive, creative culture
