Sign​/Graphic Designer

Our purpose at Signarama Lancaster is to enable organizations to communicate their message with pride. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and drive, and at least one year of sign design experience. Additional skillsets related to graphic installations and/or graphic printing is preferred.We invest in our team members and are committed to providing the training and resources necessary for the right person.Key Responsibilities Design various signage and graphics projects, including interior space designsCollaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutionsContinuously learn and adapt to new design techniques, software, and industry trendsEnsure design work is of high quality and adheres to brand guidelines and client specificationsPresent design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisionsRequirements1+ year of sign design experienceExperience in vector and raster designProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteCreative mind and interest in generating unique designs for customersExcellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlinesThis is a full time, in-person, position at our production facility in Lancaster, PA. You will report to the Print & Design Supervisor. Hours are typically longer days Monday-Thursday, with half day on Friday. This arrangement is somewhat flexible for the right candidate.Important note: We invest in our team.
