You’ll play a key role in supporting internal communications, events, and B2B marketing—transforming ideas into compelling, high-quality visuals that enhance brand messaging.Responsibilities· Design a variety of materials for presentations, internal campaigns, corporate events, and B2B marketing across print and digital formats.· Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design projects effectively.· Prepare final artwork for print production and digital delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy.· Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with company branding and marketing objectives.· Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.· Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards for digital and print formats.· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Qualifications & Skills· Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.· Experience: 3+ years in graphic design, working across print and digital mediums.· Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various digital asset types, specifications, and best practices for optimized design delivery.· Print Expertise: Experience with print production, including file preparation, color management, and press-ready formats.· Design Aesthetics: A keen eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create compelling designs.· Collaboration & Communication: Ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, articulate design concepts, and incorporate feedback.· Independence & Adaptability: Strong ability to take direction while working autonomously to meet deadlines and project objectives.Nice to Have:· Experience with motion design or basic video editing.· Familiarity with B2B marketing materials and trade show design.Life at Paysafe:One network.
