This role is responsible for versioning and producing high-volume sales and marketing collateral that aligns with corporate tone, brand standards, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced, regulated environment.ResponsibilitiesCollateral Versioning & ProductionAdapt and version source materials to ensure consistency with corporate tone and culture.Produce a wide range of marketing assets including PowerPoint presentations, emails, toolkits, one-pagers, placemats, and flyers.Support a high-volume workflow, contributing to the delivery of ~200 pieces of collateral over a six-month period.Process OptimizationHelp improve team workflows and collaboration processes.Track design outcomes and contribute ideas to enhance creative performance and feedback loops.Required Skills & ExperienceStrategic & Brand Thinking: Understands how design supports marketing and sales objectives, particularly within the financial services industry. Translates business goals into visually compelling and brand-consistent creative solutions. Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography. Experienced in adapting materials while maintaining clarity and brand consistency.
