This role is responsible for versioning and producing high-volume sales and marketing collateral that aligns with corporate tone, brand standards, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strategic & Brand Thinking: Understand how design supports marketing and sales objectives, especially within the financial services industry; translate business goals into brand-consistent creative solutions; proactively contribute to process improvements and performance measurement strategies. Compliance & Collaboration: Comfortable navigating multi-layered compliance and review processes in regulated environments; communicates effectively and collaborates across marketing, compliance, and content teams; flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities and feedback; detail-oriented and committed to upholding brand and compliance standards. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
