Slipper Graphic Designer

High volume Company in midtown Manhattan looking for a full-time Graphic Designer for slippers to work alongside our dynamic Footwear Design team. Fast paced environment and excellent benefits. Primary Job Responsibilities... • Work closely with senior designers to develop and execute product designs for assigned categories • Support research and development of seasonal trends • Spec proposed product to be used for production • Prepare and finalize technical drawings of proposed product to be used for production • Adhere to design calendar and deadlines • Interpret design/style trends into brand appropriate product that fits within pricing strategy and production’s skill capacity • Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working on tight deadlines and multiple projects • Assisting with additional design projects and tasks as needed Qualifications & Experience: • Highly skilled in PhotoShop and proficient in Illustrator • Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred • Organized, dedicated and process-driven team player with heavy attention to detail. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize workload successfully and execute projects with fast-turnaround, under budget, ahead of tight deadlines.
