Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Operate slitter machine Loading and unloading of rolls on a slitter Interpret and understand written information. Print out and attach accurate labels to finished rolls. Cut out defects and splice together good material. Ability to read a tape measure Ability to use a computer (basic computer skills) Basic math skills Good organizational skills Communicate well with others Basic reading skills Basic writing skills (must be legible) Use of minor tools (i.e. Allen wrenches) Use of sharp cutting tools Process written information (orders, SOP's, etc.)
