Small business seeking Customer Service Associate

Job Title: Customer Service Associate Part Time: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team at Fully promoted! We are a franchised business offering a range of products and services including embroidery, screen printing and promotional products. We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle daily on premise operations including in- house production, customer interactions & project management. Our CSA will also have the opportunity to develop social media campaigns as well as service key accounts including major corporations and universities. Responsibilities: • Operate multi-head embroidery machines using standard safety procedures • Operate a heat press using standard safety procedures • Develop social media campaigns • Interact with customers in store and on phone in a professional & knowledgeable manner • Assist in operating and managing the store when needed • Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times Qualifications: • Excellent written and communication skills • A positive attitude & a strong work ethic • A willingness to learn • Proficient computer skills (Any art software or design experience is a major plus) • An organized & detail-oriented self-starter • Must have own transportation to/from work Skills desired but not required: • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related field • Experience in operating embroidery and heat press equipment • Knowledge of graphic arts software packages On-the-job training will be provided.
