Small print and copy company seeking - Customer Service Rep / Digital Print Production / Bindery. We are actively searching for an enthusiastic, roll up your sleeves type person for part - full time position Experience and duties for this position consist of Digital Print Production / Bindery • Experienced and knowledgeable about digital printing, copying and wide format printing. • Assist and trouble shoot printing issues with staff printers • work with graphic designer on best possible printing art output • Experienced in digital printing equipment (Xerox, Epson, KIP) • Knowledgeable with Bindery equipment • Maintain a daily production schedule. • Ongoing training of printers and support staff • Organize weekly maintenance programs. • Schedule and report daily production activities • Address any customer concerns on product quality issues if arise • Ability to build and develop a team environment • Art skill set and/or 4 color process printing a plus .
