This position will be on-site in one of the four JKAE offices.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the marketing and business development leadership team with the following:Provide design and graphics support for all marketing collateralCoordinate production of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateralAssist with CRM database managementMaintain vendor relationships including photographers, copywriters and other consultants related to marketing materialsAssist with social media calendar, graphics, and content for postsOversee organization of marketing and business development file structureQuality assurance and quality control of marketing materials/technical documentsMaintain the JKAE brand throughout all deliverablesGeneral administrative tasks related to marketing and business developmentQUALIFICATIONS3-5 years’ experience directly related to a marketing coordinator and/or graphic designer roleSkilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesignProficient in MS OfficeCreative writing skills a plusAdapt to changing situations on a daily basisAbility to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational skillsSupport experience in the architecture/construction industry preferredExperience with photography and/or video production a plusTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou thrive with autonomy and self-directed work.
