Key responsibilities Ideate and manage the execution of social content across owned, paid, and retail channels, ensuring originality and strategic alignment Support growth and engagement on social channels by creating content that builds loyalty and drives positive sentiment Manage and mentor a direct report, fostering their creative growth while ensuring strong execution and follow-through Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in social media, with a focus on creative or art direction Experience managing a direct report and supporting creative talent development Deep understanding of cultural trends, particularly among Gen Z and Gen Alpha Strong eye for social-first creative and experience working with creators Ability to balance creative thinking with excellent execution and organization
