Social Media and Graphic Design

We’re looking for a creative Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our energy, engage our community, and attract new faces to The Joint.Role OverviewThis role is perfect for a student, intern, or part-time creative looking to get hands-on experience in nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment marketing. You’ll be the voice and creative force behind The Joint’s online presence, helping us capture the excitement inside our venue and translating it to social media and marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow / create The Joint’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Website, etc. ).Create eye-catching photo, video, and written content that reflects our lively vibe.Assist with promoting events, specials, and campaigns online.Capture live event content on evenings/weekends (when available).Track engagement and report on performance with fresh ideas for improvement.Collaborate with management on branding and marketing strategy.QualificationsPassion for social media, marketing, and nightlife culture.Experience running social media accounts (personal, student projects, or professional).Comfortable with photography, video editing, and/or design tools (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, etc..).Strong communication and storytelling skills.Available to work ~20 hours per week, including occasional nights/weekends.Internship candidates welcomed and encouraged — this role can be adapted for credit.What You’ll GainReal-world experience in marketing, social media, and hospitality.Portfolio-building content with a well-established brand.Flexible schedule (~20 hours/week).Fun, fast-paced, and creative work environment.Paid position (internships can be unpaid / for credit if required by school).How to Apply: Submit your resume, short cover letter, and links to social media work (personal or professional).
