Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist

Role Description Wings and Rings is seeking a hands-on Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist to assist with the growth of our national social media presence and assist with graphic design requests. This role is responsible for collaborating with the national marketing team to create engaging photo and video content, manage content across social media platforms, and work with the marketing team to design additional pieces such as flyers, posters and advertisements to support our restaurant locations across the country. Essential Functions: Collaborate with marketing team to develop on-brand national social content calendar Assist with design requests from individual locations for things like flyers, posters and advertisements Capture high-quality photo and video content from our Cincinnati-area restaurants Create and publish photo and video content on national and local pages for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and TikTok Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across social platforms Source and manage influencers in markets across the country; coordinate visits and ensure content is leveraged to its full potential Track basic performance metrics and assist with content performance reporting
