Culinaire Salary:$65,000 to $75,000 Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy: Plan posts, campaigns, and calendars aligned with business goalsCollaborates with the marketing team to create content that can be distributed/ presented on a variety of platforms and media typesContent Creation: Write captions, create visuals/videos, and manage brand voiceConsults stakeholders to gather the information necessary for accurate and effective contentAccount Management: Post regularly, respond to comments/messages, and monitor activityEnsures proper use of all design assets including logos and imagesConsistently presents new and out-of-the-box ideas for content design, and share best practices during team meetingsMaintains digital files, filing for future or reoccurring contentAnalytics & Reporting: Track performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategyTrend Monitoring: Stay updated on social trends, algorithms, and competitor activityCampaign Management: Run ads, promotions, and influencer collaborationsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications:Associates degree, Bachelor’s preferred, in Marketing, Visual Communications Technology, Graphic Design or related field3 years of experienceExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop &Illustrator), Keynote and the full Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills in order to multi-task and manage multiple projects at onceAbility to re-arrange priorities with sudden deadline changesAble to problem solve and find multiple design solutions, especially under narrow parameters or strict budget restraints Apply to Culinaire today!
