Essential Functions • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and conversions • Manage and oversee social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest • Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, track performance, and adapt strategies as necessary • Design graphics for social media posts, advertisements, banners, and other marketing materials • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections with our audience • Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals across all online channels • Use graphic design software to create visual concepts that meet the marketing and content strategy • Produce a wide range of materials such as infographics, brochures, emails, and newsletters • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends to ensure the company's visual content is relevant and fresh • Work closely with the marketing team to define and implement digital campaigns • Collaborate with writers and other designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Experience & Skills Required: • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Graphic Designer • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and metrics • Creative mindset with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design and strategy • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and experience with web design is a plus Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
