Top producing San Fernando Valley residential real estate team seeking a Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator. Some weekend work may be needed occasionally. This individual will solely be working with several top producing real estate agents on the team. The ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once is key. Preparing Buyer consult packages for meetings with new clients Schedule property showings for agents and their clients This individual needs to have the following qualifications: \\- At least 1 years marketing/social media experience (real estate marketing preferred) \\- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms \\- Graphic design knowledge and experience \\- High School Degree required, college degree preferred \\- Highly detailed oriented \\- Experience using Canva, Adobe Spark, and other social content creation platforms \\- Ability to work in a high paced environment \\- Ability to think on their feet and problem solve if needed \\- Real estate knowledge preferred but not a requirement \\- Knowledge of Google platform including Google Docs, Spreadsheet etc.
