In this role, you will assist in producing engaging visual content for our website and social media platforms and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audiences and reinforce our values and positioning. Responsibilities- Help develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.- Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for use across various digital platforms.- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with our brand identity and objectives.- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media and graphic design.-Work closely with cross-functional teams... including marketing, operations, and culinary, to ensure consistency and alignment in all brand-related initiatives is critical to the success of this position. -Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including menus, signage, advertising materials, website, social media, and in-store experiences.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Capture and create content that aligns with the company's vision, values, and long-term goals.-Availability to attend various events to gather content, including weeknights and weekends.- Proven experience in graphic design and social media content creation.- Proficiency in Canva and similar applications for editing and posting content.- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -A passion for storytelling that contributes to enhancement of the brand image, driving customer engagement, and fostering brand loyalty.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.-Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand concepts and strategies to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
