Social Media Coordinator & Graphic Designer

We are looking for someone who understands clean design, customer-first marketing, and can produce polished creative assets without heavy oversight. In a growing dealership environment, this role will occasionally require wearing multiple hats and stepping in where needed to support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must be mature, self-directed, and capable of managing projects independently without constant supervision. Responsibilities Design graphics for social media, website promotions, email campaigns, and in-store marketing materialsCreate short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style) using Adobe Creative Suite and CapCutEdit and prepare inventory-based visuals and promotional assetsCapture high-quality photos of motorcycles and inventory for use in listings, social media, and promotional materials.Maintain brand consistency across all platformsCollaborate with marketing to support monthly campaignsExecute content based on strategic direction and campaign goalsOrganize and manage project files in a clean and structured mannerCreate content for social media across multiple platforms in a variety of formatsMonitor social media interactions across all platformsMonitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaignManage and maintain a living social media calendarWork closely with other teams as needed to ensure brand consistencyCreate reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaignsQualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)Experience creating content for social media platformsBasic short-form video editing skills (CapCut acceptable)Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchyStrong eye for composition, lighting, and detail to ensure professional, sales-ready photography.Ability to follow brand standards and marketing directionStrong attention to detailAbility to manage time and meet deadlinesThis is an in-house position in Sacramento.
