Overview As a Social Media and Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily responsible in facilitating and engaging a cohesive online experience for our brand while monitoring and addressing customer’s inquiries, issues, and feedback. -Respond to customer’s questions via social media platforms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner; be proficient in researching and/or collaborating with staff to thoroughly answer customer’s questions. -Collaborate with staff in developing an overall social media strategy in the context of reviewing and assessing social media analytics. -High school diploma or greater -Excellent written communication skills -Versed in the latest social media trends and technologies, especially Facebook -Bilingual in English and Spanish -(Optional, a Plus) Basic knowledge of auto industry and/or FDCPA -(Optional, a Plus) Graphic Design / Content Creation Experience
