Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist

We’re hiring a Social Media & Graphics Design Specialist to bring our strategy to life. This is an execution‑heavy role that produces high‑quality, high‑volume social content for our firm with a special focus on developing our regional markets outside of our San Diego headquarters. You’ll implement campaigns, create graphics and post assets, support attorney content execution, and ensure we stay visually consistent while still feeling local and human. Graphic Design & Content Production • Create social graphics: reels covers, carousels, quote cards, legal tips, infographics • Create templates and design kits to scale production without sacrificing quality • Maintain a clean and accessible asset library (photos, b‑roll, icons, fonts, brand graphics) • Support attorney content visually (graphics, headshots, thumbnails, banners) Collaboration • Work with Social Media Strategist on execution of attorney content playbooks • Coordinate with Video Coordinator and other Marketing/Social Media Coordinators on thumbnails, motion graphics, and supporting visuals • Coordinate with Marketing leadership on campaigns, landing page alignment, and messaging
