They will work on a variety of projects, including social media graphics, email headers, event flyers, letterhead templates, and other branded visual assets. Core Responsibilities Graphic Content Production 50% ~ Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and tone ~ Create visual assets for internal communications including email headers, letterhead templates, presentation templates, sponsor/donor materials, and reports ~ Build brand kits for programs and recurring events including assets, templates and logos, sourcing from contractors or stock sites where necessary ~ Assemble accessible brand kits & templates for programs and segments in Canva ~ Compose graphic content from existing assets, photography, illustrations and graphic art where appropriate ~ Design and compose print materials for programs including palm cards, posters, and brochures ~ Design and compose print materials for clinical services including palm cards, posters, and brochures ~ Produce branded designs for merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, magnets, stickers, etc. Collaborate with the Social Media & Content Coordinator to design and produce platform specific graphic content for Instagram, LinkedIn and 1-2 other social media platforms including posts, carousels, interactive reels, surveys/polls Collaborate with team members on campaign visuals, digital storytelling, and content planning Use campaign plans and event calendars to prioritize projects Update designs for recurring posts such as hiring and monthly events in a timely manner Track engagement and suggest strategies to boost engagement across platforms Support draft copy writing for social media as requested by Associate Director of Marketing and Communications and Social Media & Content Coordinator Ensure consistent and accurate information and feedback loops for digital campaigns They are excited to work in rapidly growing, pro-sex and kink forward environment and is ready to brand build for ASHwell’s services and programs.
