Social Media Graphic Designer & Strategist

We’re hiring a Social Media Graphic Designer & Strategist to lead all graphic design across client accounts while supporting social strategy and client communication. You will be responsible for visual consistency, creative systems, and translating strategy into high-performing social, paid, and email design. Lead all graphic design across: • Social media content (feed, carousels, stories) • Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok) • Email marketing & campaign graphics • Design social-first creative that aligns with brand strategy and platform best practices Strong portfolio showcasing: • Social content • Paid ad creative • Email design • Strategic thinker — understands why creative performs, not just how to design it • Experience working with multiple brands or clients simultaneously • Comfortable participating in client-facing communication • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Agency experience strongly preferred Compensation & Structure • Part to Full-time contract role based on experience • Potential for W2 conversion with excellence in role • Flexible in-person schedule • Opportunity for growth within a fast-scaling agency
