Responsibilities • Manage and execute daily content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and events • Write engaging captions, schedule posts, and monitor performance analytics • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner • Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices • Design creative assets for social media, website, email campaigns, print materials, and signage • Ensure all designs align with brand standards and messaging • Collaborate with marketing and department leaders to develop promotional materials for all departments Requirements • Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and basic website content management • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred Preferred • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or membership-based brands • Familiarity with website platforms or CMS tools (WordPress) • Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or short-form video editing • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools Benefits • Competitive compensation • Creative, collaborative work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development
