This position requires on-site work at our various company locations in Lafayette, Maurice, Broussard, Opelousas, and Jennings, LA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and post engaging content on all dealership social media pages Design creative graphics for digital campaigns, websites, promotions, and monthly specials Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility Assist in the planning and promotion of dealership events Monitor and respond to online reviews and maintain reputation management reporting Ensure all content is LMVC compliant and aligned with brand guidelines Collaborate on email blasts, website content updates, and marketing campaigns Oversee third-party vendors for SEO, digital content, and social posting accuracy Help build community relationships and promote local involvement opportunities Qualifications & Job Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design is required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus Strong skills in social media strategy, visual design, and online content creation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and website design is a bonus Must be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience Valid driver’s license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent required Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday, as neededWhy Choose Sterling?
