Social Media Marketing & Graphic Designer (On-site) Sterling Automotive Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing & Graphic Designer to manage digital content, design eye-catching graphics, and help grow our brand across multiple platforms. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage and post engaging content on all dealership social media pages • Design creative graphics for digital campaigns, websites, promotions, and monthly specials • Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility • Assist in the planning and promotion of dealership events • Monitor and respond to online reviews and maintain reputation management reporting • Ensure all content is LMVC compliant and aligned with brand guidelines • Collaborate on email blasts, website content updates, and marketing campaigns • Oversee third-party vendors for SEO, digital content, and social posting accuracy • Help build community relationships and promote local involvement opportunitiesQualifications & Job Requirements: • Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design is required • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus • Strong skills in social media strategy, visual design, and online content creation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and website design is a bonus • Must be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • High school diploma or equivalent requiredSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday, as needed Why Choose Sterling?
