Here are some tasks you would be doing, to be completely transparent, there are enriching and not so enriching tasks, and everyone at our firm does everything, no one is above any task... The "not so enriching tasks" of the job: answering phones preparing packages driving drawings / picking up drawings from cities (rare - paid mileage) Answering emails for me Scanning an emailing documents to associates etc Maintaining and "fixing" our address book in Google. The "enriching tasks" of the job: Run the social media, instagram FB etc Set up ads for magazine advertising Graphic design tasks on presentations Fix our Facebook Maintain web site on Squarespace Possibly run SEO aspects of web site.
