Social Media Marketing Job Purpose: Enhance company social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content. -Grow and expand company social media presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. -Research and monitor activity of company competitors -Research, monitor, and implement new and innovative marketing strategies -Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media advertising and product development -Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content including photos and videos -Provide guidance to social media and marketing team members -Assist agents and the company with social media advertising and marketing -Attend company events to obtain content for marketing purpose -Ability to edit and produce video One to two years of experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Experience with Major Social Media Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube)
