Social Media Specialist

Job description Incremento is an established women’s clothing wholesaler currently looking for a multi-functional creative and experienced social media specialist and digital graphic designer to join our social media marketing team! The Ideal Candidate will have at least 2-3 year’s experience in managing woman’s fashion e-commerce/retail social media accounts, be able to create eye-catching graphics & video content, have great fashion sense, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, a team player, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: *Manage content and postings on all of the company's social media outlets *Engage with social media accounts and current followers *Respond to customer direct messaging *Design digital graphics for our eCommerce websites and email newsletter banners. *Work with a photographer on photoshoot days to capture social content *Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization *Develop new strategies and ideas on how to reach wider target audience *Collaborate with Marketing, design, and sales team to ensure content is appealing and consistent with the brands' image *Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Requirements and Qualifications: *2-3 years of experience as a social media coordinator *1-2 years of experience in graphic design using photoshop or illustrator *Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred *Excellent knowledge of all current social media platforms including Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat *Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics *Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research *Good understanding of social media KPIs *Excellent multi-tasking skills *Critical thinker and problem-solving skills *Team player *Good time- management skills *Great interpersonal and communication skills *Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude a must peachloveca.com fantasticfawn.com
