Growth Cave is searching for a full-time remote Social Media Videographer & Manager to assist us primarily with the growth of our Instagram accounts. We are looking for an ambitious, hungry young mind to join us on the journey of growing to 1m+ followers and beyond as we develop Growth Cave as a household name brand in the online success and entrepreneurship industry. Your primary role will involve ideating and creating content to be used for our own account as well as promotional material on other accounts in the form of image carousels, video Reels, and viral meme videos. The rest of the time you will be able to work remotely. Responsibilities Research audience preferences and discover current trends Create engaging text, image and video content Filming on-location in Austin TX Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics Requirements Experience in managing and growing social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and ideally YouTube.
