Social Media/Graphic Design Assistant

About Frank: Frank is a full-service creative agency based in Oklahoma City. The Role: We’re looking for a Social Media & Graphic Design Assistant to join our fast-paced team. What You’ll Do: • Create short-form video content (primarily Reels/TikToks) using Adobe Premiere or CapCut • Design eye-catching graphics for social media, campaigns, and client projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva • Help maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook • Manage daily engagement — liking, commenting, replying to DMs • Support influencer communications and outreach coordination • Handle review management and reputation tracking • Organize and maintain digital assets and social files • Provide visual input — a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand aesthetics is key • Collaborate with the design team on additional creative needs (presentations, ads, packaging, etc.) Perks & Culture: • Work with a creative, collaborative, and supportive team • Opportunities to grow your skills in content, marketing, and design • Flexibility and input on the creative process • Access to a steady stream of fun projects and interesting brands Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
