Social Media/Graphic Designer

Newcastle Flow is a full-service creative agency based in Oklahoma City. We’re looking for a Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help us manage and grow our in-house and client-facing social channels, create visually compelling content, and support our design team on a variety of creative projects. Create short-form video content (primarily Reels/TikToks) using Adobe Premiere or CapCut Design eye-catching graphics for social media, campaigns, and client projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva Help maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Manage daily engagement — liking, commenting, replying to DMs Support influencer communications and outreach coordination Handle review management and reputation tracking Organize and maintain digital assets and social files Provide visual input — a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand aesthetics is key Collaborate with the design team on additional creative needs (presentations, ads, packaging, etc.) Work with a creative, collaborative, and supportive team Opportunities to grow your skills in content, marketing, and design Flexibility and input on the creative process Access to a steady stream of fun projects and interesting brands
