Digital Multi-Media Specialist SUMMARY: This position will report to the On- Line Marketing Manager and work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing. Passionate about digital marketing? If the answer is a resounding YES! You will own all digital and social strategies, creating a consistent voice across all channels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading and managing the digital marketing efforts, managing all digital marketing channels including blogs, emails, and social media to ensure brand consistency; Drive brand awareness through the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, and customer engagement campaigns; Build the company’s digital marketing roadmap, prepare a budget, and track the progress by measuring ROI and KPI’s; Create conversion campaigns that drive sales to the Sewingmachinesplus.com on- line business and our 2 Retail Supers Stores; Identify trends and stay up to date with digital technology development Light graphic design in helping to create ad spots, graphics for emails, and social media content; ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5+ years digital marketing experience; Experience with HTML / CSS Proven ability to deliver digital marketing campaigns that are impactful, drive sales and ROI Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns that have led to strong conversion rates Exceptional knowledge of digital trends/social media technologies that drive digital audience growth Experience planning/managing budgets across channels and achieving high volume growth targets Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required; Experience in relevant web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, etc.
