Soft Goods Design Manager

PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Soft Goods Design Manager that will oversee the companywide soft goods design initiatives within the Soft Goods Department. This position is responsible for designing products and overseeing the company’s resources to ensure a smooth flow of new designs and a cohesive design language for all PING soft goods products. • Be responsible for the mentoring, motivation, management, and development of direct reports to optimize their performance and their personal and professional growth. • Under the guidance of the Director of Soft Goods Design & Development, responsible for supporting and reviewing the Design Group’s budget. Moderate to Advanced 3D modeling proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
