The Specialist - Graphic Artist / Designer shall develop high quality, attractive graphic content that appeals to beneficiaries, service providers, and other stakeholders according to the needs of the program. • Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award * Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Work closely with authors, import text and images and create layouts in both Microsoft and Adobe software programs. - Bachelor's degree from a currently accredited institution in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication highly preferred. - A strong grasp of graphic design principles required. - Experience with branding guidelines highly preferred.
