Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce camera-ready art, including graphs, charts, and illustrations. Consult with clients to identify graphic needs and deliver innovative solutions. Utilize professional graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Review proofs and collaborate with printers to ensure quality production. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance design capabilities. Maintain digital records and coordinate graphic libraries as needed. Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
4-year college degree in Commercial Art / Graphic Design or related field. Project management experience. Minimum of 3 years related job experience in graphic design and print production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Experience in hands-on print production/prepress, preferably with copy or offset printing.
