Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager Brand Design, the Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling, customer-focused creative that supports Hannaford's brand, marketing, loyalty, and business objectives across all customer touchpoints.
Primary Responsibilities
Translate business strategies and customer insights into compelling creative solutions for a variety of mediums including print and digital.Ensure all creative assets are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with business objectives.Maintain and champion Hannaford's brand identity across all customer touchpoints by ensuring adherence to brand standards, creative guidelines, visual systems, and logo usage standards.Work closely with other creatives, photographers and cross-functional leaders to achieve a high level of quality in all design and creative work.Assist with photo shoots, production, revisions, resizing, versioning, and asset preparation across multiple projects.Help create design templates to drive efficiencies.Work closely with Production leads and manage workload in our workflow trafficking system for on-time delivery of all creative assets. Maintain organized file structures and asset management processes.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience 3-5 years of relevant experience Demonstrated portfolio showing strong design thinking, typography, layout, and visual storytelling Strong understanding of print production and file preparation Working knowledge of digital and social media design Strong knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with Apple's OS, Mac Computers and Microsoft Office Suite A link to your portfolio is required
Preferred
Experience in a marketing/design firm with retail clientsExperience in Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience ManagerExperience creating compelling PowerPointsWorking knowledge of all primary social media platforms

The salary range for this position is: $63,440/year to $95,160/year.
