An online portfolio demonstrating a variety of high quality, original designs must be included in your application.Primary ResponsibilitiesTransform complex technical concepts into modern animations, 2D graphics, and storyboards.Collaborate with team members, internal customers, and subject matter experts to create engaging end‑user support content.Develop design elements including site layout, navigation, images, icons, and other multimedia assets to support product training and customer support initiatives.Consult with 3D designer on creation/integration of product models into videos and other interactive content.Develop new and inventive ways of applying visual design, animation, and graphic design into the integration of new media applications to promote customer support and engagement.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in graphic design, interactive design, animation, and motion graphics.Demonstrated proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Demonstrated experience developing graphic and video assets based on established storyboards.Preferred SkillsPossession of a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement, including new applications, technologies, and skills.Proven competency in Adobe Creative Suite.Demonstrated forward thinking related to responsive design and its impact on layout design.Experience designing training content.Experience creating engaging content while working within company brand guidelines.Experience creating content for social media.Military communications experience.Compensation & BenefitsIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $63,500 - $117,500.
