American Outfitters Ltd works with customers large and small to provide promotional solutions for any occasion.Graphic Design PositionThe Graphic Design position is responsible for creating and modifying designs for items such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, pens, and mugs. The artist must coordinate with the art department and sales team to meet quick turnaround requirements. The artist must also stay current on design trends to provide creative design ideas to clients. Candidates should be energetic, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well with directions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create and edit design layouts for apparel and promotional productsPrepare and size files for productionCreate promotional order formsDesign banners, flyers, and product brochuresWork well within a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCreative skills in layout, typography, composition, and colorStrong attention to detailPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Must have the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracyMust be proficient at verbal and written communication skillsMust have the ability to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and suppliersMust be proficient with basic computer operation and knowledgeable about position-specific software programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook in particular)Proficient with vector-based design in CorelDraw and/or Adobe IllustratorPortfolio of design work and/or a personal website #J-18808-Ljbffr
