Position Overview

Dragon Seats is seeking a Sports Graphic Design & Production Intern to support the design, production, and installation of custom bench graphics throughout Summer 2026. Working directly alongside Dragon Seats' Graphics & Production team, this intern will gain hands-on experience producing graphics displayed on NFL sidelines, major college football venues, professional sports facilities, and nationally televised events. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented candidate interested in sports branding, graphic production, and large-format printing who wants to see their work come to life in some of the most visible environments in sports.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Production

Prepare and revise customer artwork for productionCreate and edit graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Flexi, and VersaWorksPrepare print-ready files for large-format productionOrganize and maintain graphic templates, assets, and production filesPrinting & Finishing

Assist with printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing vinyl graphicsSupport quality control and production workflowsHelp maintain print equipment, materials, and workspace organizationInstallation & Event Support

Assist with the application and installation of bench graphicsSupport special projects, customer activations, and event-related graphic needsAssist service and operations teams with installations and logistics as needed
