Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative agency environment, with at least 2-3 years in a senior art director or lead design role.Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your creative range, including branding, advertising campaigns, digital design, and visual storytelling.Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Time/Resource Management: the ability to manage multiple projects on time within estimated budgets.Experience in motion graphics, video direction, or 3D design a plus Basic understanding of cinematography and photography.
