Sr Creative Designer

This role requires a thoughtful creative with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills who can confidently collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Essential Functions and Process Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) • Bring H-E-B’s mission, vision, and values to life for Partners and internal audiences by developing engaging graphic design assets for both print and digital formats • Partner closely and build relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives, to translate strategic goals and messaging into compelling creative solutions, with an emphasis on prompt and accurate delivery • Conceptualize and execute high-impact brand strategies for large, internal company meetings and live events, including the creation of event branding, event collateral, and presentation design • Support senior leader presentations by managing the full range of slide design needs, including building PowerPoint templates and presentations, formatting and rebranding existing presentations, as well as creating charts, diagrams, and illustrations to support presentation key messaging • Create, grow, and maintain H-E-B’s internal brand standards/style guide, and serve as an ambassador to ensure cohesive branding across H-E-B’s departments and channels Preferred Education and Experience • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, to include corporate or in-house setting supporting internal communications and executive messaging • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design and event branding • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint Core Competencies • Project Management: Self-motivated with excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills. Physical and Other Requirements • Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment • Travel by car or plane with overnight stays • Work extended hours if needed
