The Senior Designer must be creative with a sharp eye for detail. Qualifications & Job Requirements • 4-5+ years of experience in an agency, in-house agency and or marketing environment as an Art Director, Senior Designer or similar role • College degree in graphic design or marketing-related field preferred • A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in user-centric interactive design, print and advertising • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Ability to think big picture • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Very strong understanding of creative process and design principles • Lead project plan and timeline expectations from the beginning of a job to completion. Responsible for making sure projects stay on specific deadlines • Strong attention to detail and production execution • Strong knowledge of creative copy • Well-versed in a Mac environment and Adobe CC software. Additionally, knowledge of Figma, Afer Effects and/or Premier are a bonus • Knowledge of web and digital trends, video concepts and email drip campaigns • Understanding of social media, animation/video and photo • Expert knowledge of fundamental visual and user experience design disciplines and principles • Flexibility and willingness to adapt design ideas to meet technical criteria • Color theory/drawing skills CDK is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workforce where everyone is valued.
