About Our Team As a partner to the Digital team, we strive for shared KPIs, strategies and processes to activate our brand on our digital experiences and push the brand and business forward. You will collaborate with designers and writers to deliver innovative design components and template ideas to tell Okta’s brand and product story on our websites. What You Will Do • Work closely with the Art Director, copywriters, UX designers, and extended teams on conceptual development, design and execution across key digital creative briefs • Partnering with other senior designers on the team to elevate work with innovative prototyping (interaction, motion, and visual design) • Clear understanding of project briefs and ability to craft thoughtful design solutions • Articulate and present ideas in a clear and concise manner; accept constructive feedback and execute against it efficiently • Ensure the consistency of the brand and the highest quality of design across all projects • Natural curiosity and passion to learn about and share insights on design and industry trends • Think big while operating at the lowest level of detail Okta is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations.
