Sr. Digital Designer

This position reports to the Director, Creative Design and is currently based in San Diego but will be moving to our new, state-of-the-art Golf Technology headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. • Successfully develop digital assets from conception to final production under defined deadlines, including the management of internal design team members (ex: junior designers) and external content & service providers (ex: contract designers, web developers). You Have • 3+ years previous design experience in a similar role • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines • Ability to manage internal and external design resources according to established project goals and deadlines • Effective communication skills. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
