Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join its growing creative team and help elevate the brand's digital presence. The primary focus of this role is web and e-commerce design, including websites, landing pages, product pages, and retail/marketplace content, with additional support across email, social media, digital advertising, and integrated campaigns.

This is a hands-on senior design role for someone with strong digital expertise who can take projects from concept through final execution with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated portfolio with a strong concentration in website and e-commerce work, advanced Figma skills, and the versatility to support additional digital channels.

This individual will play a key role in ongoing website and e-commerce initiatives, designing digital experiences and assets while also supporting website implementation, content updates, and publishing in partnership with marketing, e-commerce, and development resources. The role will also contribute to digital campaigns, product launches, email, social, and retail partner needs.

Experience creating Amazon A+ Content and enhanced e-commerce content is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product pages, e-commerce platforms, and online retail/marketplace environments, which represent the primary focus of the role; also create supporting assets for email, social media, digital advertising, and other digital campaignsCreate sophisticated website designs and responsive web assets with a strong understanding of desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences, and support the implementation, content population, and publishing of approved web experiences within the appropriate CMS or e-commerce platformWork extensively in Figma to develop page designs, layouts, components, wireframes, and other digital creativeDesign and optimize Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Storefront assets, product listing imagery, and other enhanced e-commerce content when applicableCreate digital assets for retail partners and third-party e-commerce platformsDevelop creative supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, brand initiatives, and ongoing marketing programs across web, e-commerce, email, social, and digital advertisingTranslate creative briefs, marketing objectives, and product information into polished digital concepts and final creativeUse performance data, audience insights, and testing results (including A/B testing where applicable) to evaluate creative effectiveness and inform iterative design improvementsPartner with creative leadership, marketing, e-commerce, project management, and other cross-functional teams throughout the creative processMaintain consistency across the brand’s digital ecosystem while adapting creative appropriately for individual channels and platformsManage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detailProvide senior-level creative thinking and contribute ideas that continue to elevate the brand’s digital presenceStay current on web design, digital design, e-commerce, social media, UX/UI, and emerging creative trends and technologiesRequirements

6+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally within an in-house brand, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or agency environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated website, e-commerce, and integrated digital campaign work; applicants should provide a portfolio link or work samples with their applicationAdvanced proficiency in FigmaAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and IllustratorStrong experience designing websites, landing pages, and responsive web experiencesExperience creating digital assets across email, social media, digital advertising, web banners, e-commerce, and digital campaignsExperience with Amazon A+ Content or similar enhanced e-commerce/product content is preferredStrong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistencyUnderstanding of designing across different devices, screen sizes, platforms, and digital specificationsStrong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered digital designExperience using performance data, analytics, and testing insights to refine and optimize digital creativeExperience using performance data, analytics, and testing insights to refine and optimize digital creativeAbility to take ownership of projects and move from initial concept through final execution with minimal oversightAbility to balance multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced creative environmentStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across creative and cross-functional teamsExperience working with consumer products, DTC, retail, or e-commerce brandsNice to Have
