What Makes You Successful • 5+ years of professional design experience in an in-house or agency setting, with a strong portfolio that shows versatility, craft, and conceptual thinking • Experience working across multiple digital platforms, including web, social, and email—plus a solid understanding of each platform’s best practices • Strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, and storytelling through design • Ability to work from briefs and contribute to the development of compelling concepts • A sharp eye for detail and commitment to creative excellence from kickoff to final file • Familiarity with content creation for social media—understanding platform formats, trends, and what gets attention • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Bonus: experience with Asana and Brandfolder The duties and responsibilities in this job description may be subject to change at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
